Shipping Method

All orders are shipped with PostNord as our standard carrier. We have chosen PostNord for their reliable service across Denmark and their convenient options for both home delivery and parcel shop pickup.

Delivery Time

• Within Denmark: Typically 1–3 business days, depending on the destination and shipping type.

• Outside Denmark: Delivery times vary depending on the destination country. Normally 3–7 business days within the EU.
  Please note that delivery times may be affected by external factors beyond our control (e.g., carrier peak periods).

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the weight, size, and destination of your order.

• We offer free shipping on orders above 150euro.

• For orders below this threshold, a shipping fee will apply.

Tracking

All shipments include a tracking number so you can follow your package from dispatch to delivery. A tracking link will be sent automatically once your order has been shipped.

Damages and Loss

If your package is damaged during transit or does not arrive, please contact us as soon as possible. We will file a claim with PostNord and ensure you receive either a replacement or a refund.

Parcel Shop Pickup

When placing your order, you can choose delivery to the nearest PostNord parcel shop. You will receive an SMS or email notification from PostNord when your package is ready for pickup.
